How to Get Involved

  1. 1 Provide a free Women's only self defence class at your school/academy on September 22nd
  2. 2 Register your school on the 'Take Part' page
  3. 3 Your school will be added as a participating school in the world record attempt
  4. 4 Get your students to sign up on 'Take Part' page for participant count
